I used Capitol Relocation & Logistics for my move from MA to CT and the two movers, Marcus Da Silva & Aaron, were excellent! They arrived within their expected window and communicated their arrival ahead of time. They were very friendly and personable, were efficient with packing all of my items, and moved everything with great care. My new complex didn’t have elevators and they moved everything to the third floor with ease. They also made sure to reassemble all of the furniture they broke down for the move & took trash out for me as I started unpacking. Ginger, my case manager, was extremely communicative prior to the move & checked in during the move. Everything went extremely smoothly! Phenomenal service. Marcus da Silva and the whole team went above and beyond. Had no issue moving all our heavy furniture without damaging anything. Reinstalled our bed and even went as far to find their extra tools to help. They were very professional and were more than happy to remove any garbage. Overall the experience was very pleasant.
